Shipping Policy

Sscreative currently ships within India. Due to ongoing circumstances, there may be potential delays in order deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once an order is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 working days.

Please Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions, deliveries may be further delayed. In such cases, Sscreative will ensure timely delivery as soon as possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

If the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy provided by the shipping company includes the customer’s name, Sscreative will not be held responsible for any claims regarding non-receipt of the product.

Delivery timelines are provisional, as we rely on third-party courier partners. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, orders may sometimes arrive before or after the estimated date.

To maintain the surprise element of gift deliveries, our courier partners do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.

Deliveries may not be available on Sundays and national holidays.
